Recently, i visited the maxwell market.
That place is well known for our Singapore local delight and i will like to recommend you guys one of the stall which sells "hum jing pang".
When i think of the stall, i can only think of one main point, which is "ALWAYS HAVE LONG QUEUE".
The boss manage the stall in a very unique way, u have to fry for your own order.
Isn't it cool!! WOW... something like you reap what you sow... haha...
They have only two flavour, the sweet and the salted.
When you have time, go try... It's nice.
