just realised alot of ladies are not aware of Sanitary Pads CORRECT usage.
hmmm...
Firstly,
alot people have the wrong idea that pads has no expiry date.
NO!
In fact, there is!
Over the years, things will spoil, remember this.
Next, actually pads are not suppose to last you for more than 4 hours,is advisable to change every 2 hours.
That is for hygeine purpose.
Ladies!
Take note of this two points.
