Well, wondering what's white's day. Hahas! Many SG people won't know what is it. Cause it's not commonly celebrate here.
Anyway, it's also known to be the White Valentine's day.

Basically it means another special day, another Valentine's day for we guys to express our love for your companion or your dear friends.

It's most commonly celebrate in japan and korea.
